Trying to achieve goals and everyday living is a stressful matter. Most people have children, a disoriented worked schedule, college courses and more. So, creating a working format to work towards your goals can be a headache.
So in the past, some of us say we are going to “ get to it later”… But getting to it later means another 72 hours!! 😂 .. procrastination sets in and then your original goals are officially set aside.. In some cases years later.

Family, please don’t loose focus of your ultimate goals because consistently focusing on the result or results of your goals, is the start of your motivation because it acts as a roadmap or as GPS.
Instead of having scattered thoughts write down everything you need to get done in life, then write your “wants” down.
For your needs, this literally means to write down everything you need in life…Period..
For example your ultimate goal maybe to enroll in college classes. Yet you have daily goals you need to achieve that is separate from your ultimate… So let’s say your daily goal was to grab food to prepare and eat all week.!!
This is still a goal you want to achieve!! So when you achieve it, it is a goal!! Smaller goals will prepare you for bigger ones and or your ultimate goal.
Practice and being repetitious with anything you do, you will get better, smarter, faster, stronger !!
